Privacy Policy
What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
Axion Built LLC is a Florida limited liability company in Lantana, FL ("Axion Built," "we," "us"). We operate axionbuilt.com (the "Site") and provide custom software and consulting services from it.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle through the Site, why, how, with whom, and what your rights are. Read it alongside our Terms of Service.
2. The short version
- The Site is a brochure / marketing site. It is not an account-based application and it does not require sign-in.
- The only information we receive from the Site is what you choose to send us — primarily emails through
mailto:links, occasional form submissions, and standard server logs from our host. - We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or third-party behavioral tracking.
- We do not sell your information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- You can ask us to access or delete the information we hold about you — see Section 8.
3. What we collect
3.1 Information you send us
When you contact us — via email, the contact section on the homepage, or a launch-notify form for one of our beta products (LotProof, NoBullStay) — we receive what you choose to send. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), company or restaurant name, and the description of what you'd like to talk about. We use that information to reply and, if it turns into an engagement, to do the work.
3.2 Information our host collects automatically
The Site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard server access logs — IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps, and referrer — for security, abuse prevention, and basic operational diagnostics. These logs are retained by Netlify under its own policies (linked below).
3.3 What the Site does not collect
The Site does not run, and does not request device permissions for, any of the following: precise or background location; browsing history; contacts; messages, call logs, or call audio; microphone or camera access; advertising identifiers (IDFA / GAID); biometric data; or cross-site / cross-device behavioral tracking. We do not deploy third-party analytics (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, no similar service).
4. How we use information
We use the limited information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the Services you requested.
- Send transactional and account communications related to a paid engagement (invoices, project updates, security notices).
- Operate and protect the Site against abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not use your information to show you third-party advertising, and we do not sell it.
5. How we share information
5.1 Service providers (subprocessors)
We share information with the providers below strictly as needed to run the Site and respond to you. Each is bound by its own terms to use the data only to provide its service to us.

We will update this list as our providers change; material additions are a change to this Policy (Section 11).
5.2 Legal disclosures
We may disclose information when we believe in good faith it is required to: comply with a lawful subpoena, court order, or other legal process; protect the safety, rights, or property of Axion Built, our users, or the public; investigate and respond to violations of our Terms; or comply with applicable law. Where permitted, we will notify affected users of a legal disclosure.
5.3 Corporate transactions
If Axion Built is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. The acquirer must continue to honor this Privacy Policy or notify users of any material change.
5.4 What we do NOT do
- We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are used under California law).
- We do not share data with advertisers, ad networks, or data brokers.
6. Data security
We use reasonable, industry-standard safeguards to protect information, including TLS encryption in transit, encryption at rest through our cloud providers, and restricted internal access to systems holding personal information. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and any required authority without undue delay, consistent with applicable law.

8. Your privacy rights
8.1 Rights available to all
You may request to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete your information. To make a request, email us at support@axionbuilt.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity first and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
8.2 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, and correct personal information, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you may submit a request anyway. We do not knowingly collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under the CPRA. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
8.3 EU / UK / Swiss residents (GDPR / UK-GDPR)
If you are in the EU, UK, or Switzerland, you have rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection regarding your personal data, and the right to lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.
Legal bases. We process personal data on the bases of contract performance (to respond to your inquiry or perform an engagement), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, service-quality diagnostics — balanced against your rights), legal obligation (e.g., tax records), and consent (any optional processing you opt into).
International transfers. The Site is operated from the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EU/UK/Switzerland to the U.S., we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses with our service providers where required.
9. Cookies and local storage
The Site uses only first-party, functional storage — for example, a build-version check used by the auto-update feature in script.js. The Site does not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels, or cross-site tracking. Because we do not track you across sites, the Site does not respond differently to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@axionbuilt.com and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes (a new category of data collected or a new sharing practice), we will provide reasonable advance notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
